Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi came together this week to play the Special Olympics Mississippi Unified Egg Bowl. Special Olympics athletes with intellectual disabilities played flag football alongside traditional college students from both universities at MSU's intramural fields Wednesday. The event raised not only funds for Special Olympics programs, but awareness, as well. Mississippi State and Ole Miss will meet Nov. 29 for the traditional Egg Bowl.
