MSU President Mark E. Keenum, right, presented Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College President Mary S. Graham with a ceremonial cowbell on Aug. 13 as the two signed a partnership agreement to offer engineering courses on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Keenum called the collaboration a "win-win" for both institutions and for the state. Courses are expected to begin in the fall of 2015.
