The final session for the summer's boot camp was a relief to dedicated participants like Emily Brown of Starkville. The indoor/outdoor group exercise class mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Both traditional and non-traditional equipment (slosh tubes, tractor tires, sandbags, etc.) are employed in a way that pushes participants harder than the average workout to achieve results and break plateaus.
