Freshmen Cayla Hummel, an aerospace engineering major from Greensboro, Ala., and Elisabeth Hoirup, an aerospace engineering major from Raleigh, N.C., check out the opening of the Maroon Edition art exhibit. "The Art of Physics" exhibition is now being featured in MSU's Colvard Student Union and includes works by university faculty and staff from various departments, including physics and astronomy, geosciences, and engineering. Running through Sept. 20, the free public exhibit in the second-floor gallery is organized by the union's Center for Student Activities, Maroon Edition common reading experience and College of Architecture, Art and Design's art department.
