Charles Neimeyer (r), an administrator and researcher at the United States Naval War College, discussed homeland security and Americas response to the terrorist threat during a campus visit Wednesday. Also speaking today in Jackson, he is the special guest of MSUs Janos Radvanyi Chair in International Security Studies.
