Mississippi State junior Parker Wiseman was among veterans who spent time Thursday morning welcoming and orienting delegates to the 2002 Mississippi Model Security Council. Organized for the past 23 years by the political science department, the MMSC brings state high school and university students to campus for a three-day simulation of the United Nations representative assembly. More than 350 representatives of 16 high schools and four universities are attending this year.
