Scott Ross (c), a member of the Board of Trustees, Institutions of Higher Learning, spoke Wednesday at Mitchell Memorial Library during a week of voter information activities sponsored by the Student Association. Welcoming Ross are Marty Wiseman, director of the Stennis Institute of Government, and Jane Anna Harris, one of the student organizers of Impact Mississippi.
