MEDIA ADVISORY: MSU hockey team competing in Tupelo

The first--and only--home games of the Mississippi State University Ice Dog hockey team will be held this weekend at the Bancorpsouth Arena in Tupelo.

The face-offs with Loyola University of New Orleans take place at 7 p.m. Friday

[Nov. 14] and at 7:30 p.m. Saturday [the 15th].

Tickets are $5 each and may be purchased from a team member or at the door prior to game time.

The Ice Dogs are four games into their first season of a 10-game 2008-09 schedule. They will be taking part in the Southeastern Conference tournament in February.
