The fourth-season winner of the television show "The Apprentice," Randal Pinkett, will visit Mississippi State University Thursday [Oct. 19].

Pinkett will be playing the role of celebrity business tycoon Donald Trump during a 2 p.m. program in Rogers Auditorium at McCool Hall. He will be "hiring" and "firing" student teams based on their business plan presentations.

While the McCool program is not a public event, interested members of the media are invited to attend.

Later, at 7 p.m. in Humphrey Coliseum, Pinkett will discuss the popular show and advise students on how to be a chief executive officer in college and in their future careers.

Pinkett's visit is sponsored by the university's Thad Cochran Entrepreneurship Endowment program in the Bagley College of Engineering.
