Green Zone Initiative Training

-

About this event

Green Zone Initiative Training brings awareness to and encourages advocacy for student veterans, service members and dependents at Mississippi State. The training is designed to give participants insight on how to better understand combat veterans, ease transition difficulties, and foster relationships that will enable them to become successful students. Upon completion, participants will receive a Green Zone button and decal to display in their office as a designated veteran-friendly area. Space is limited, so those interested in participating are encouraged to register as soon as possible at http://learning.hrm.msstate.edu. (Enter your MSU NetID and NetPassword. Under the "My Community" tab near the top of the page, click on "Learning Library". Scroll down to "Green Zone Training" or type "Green Zone" in the search box. Click on "Select a Timeslot" and choose Aug. 13, 9-11 a.m. by clicking on the little circle to the left of the date. Click "Book" to confirm.)
