The Mississippi State University MANRRS (Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences) Chapter is selling smoked pork ribs that will be available in time for Super Bulldog Weekend. Ribs are smoked by MSU's own Meat Science Lab using a proprietary blend of seasonings. The ribs are available in a whole slab ($20) or half slab ($10), and orders can be made in person or online. The last day to order is April 10, and ribs will be available for pick up or on-campus delivery on April 12 from 2-4 pm in the third-floor common area of Dorman Hall. Proceeds from the rib sale will benefit the chapter, which also accepts donations via the website listed below this description. As always, MANRRS appreciates any and all support!
