The G.V. "Sonny" Montgomery Center for America's Veterans at Mississippi State is hosting two Green Zone Training sessions in the Maddox Multipurpose Room in Nusz Hall, the new home of the Center for America's Veterans. The purpose of this training is to encourage awareness of and advocacy for student veterans, service members and dependents at MSU. Green Zone Training will give insight into veteran, service member and dependent transitioning issues and the resources available to them, as well as provide tips on how to be an active listener. The training will also include Title III and IX concerns. Upon completion, participants will receive a Green Zone poster to display in their offices as designated veteran-friendly areas.
