November 09, 2015 - 3:00 pm

About this event

Robynne Raye, co-founder of the Seattle, Washington-based internationally acclaimed design studio Modern Dog Design Co., will deliver a public presentation in Giles Hall’s Robert and Freda Harrison Auditorium. Raye served as guest juror for the College of Architecture, Art and Design's "Best in Show: International Juried Poster Exhibition" on display through Dec. 2. Raye selected nearly 50 of the 100 submissions to become part of the university's first “Best in Show” exhibition, which features "man's best friend"-themed posters by graphic design professionals and students from around the world. In addition to works of graphic design professionals and students from around the world, the exhibit on display through Dec. 2 features an installation of miniature paper dog sculptures created by children from Starkville, Meridian and Tupelo.
